    Your preferred residence will be formally reserved in your name for five working days. During this time, the residence and associated car parks will be removed from the market and held exclusively for you.

  • During your five-working-day reservation period, you can review the Sale & Purchase Agreement with your solicitor, confirm finance, discuss with us any design changes or material selections you wish to make and complete initial due diligence.
    No deposit is required while your residence is reserved.

  • If you decide to proceed, you’ll enter into a Sale & Purchase Agreement to formally secure your residence at today’s value. Importantly, your standard due diligence conditions under the Sale & Purchase Agreement will still apply - this reservation window simply gives you additional time upfront before committing.
    If you decide not to proceed within the reservation period, the residence will be released back to the market.
